In the past two years I have cured myself of migraines, irritable bowel syndrome and seasonal allergies. I went from drinking a medium diet soda or more every day to not even wanting to drink soda! I was able to find the foods that work best for my body, thereby losing inches and pounds around my waist and lowering my BMI and cholesterol.

This January I also diagnosed my daughter with celiac disease which has been confirmed by GI specialists at our local Children’s Hospital. When we met with the nutritionist, she ended up asking me for advice! It was a great feeling. I went into the meeting expecting that we would need to make even more dietary changes only to find that we were doing great!
